The Educator Manual
The Resilient Youth Educator Manual is an evidence-informed framework designed to help educators intentionally build resilience in young people.
Grounded in psychoeducation, cognitive behavioural therapy principles, trauma-informed leadership, mindfulness, yoga, and lived experience, the manual translates research into practical lessons and tools educators can use with youth.
The framework is built around four pillars:
- Self-Awareness — understanding emotions, identity and values
- Mental Wellbeing — building practical skills to navigate stress, emotions, and adversity
- Connection — strengthening relationships, belonging, communication, and community
- Purpose — exploring goals, strengths, and a sense of direction
